Tamie was born on November 22, 1958 in Wellsville to Robert L. and Sandra J. (Allen) Wildman. She attended Whitesville Central School.

Tamie was a resident at the Dyke Street Home in Wellsville since 1994 where she received the love and care she needed.

Tamie is survived by her mother, Sandra J. Fitzpatrick of Whitesville; three sisters, Darla J. (Kevin) Ellison of Scio, Lorie A. Wildman of Rochester and Julie (Jamie) Szpylman of Orchard Park; one brother, Kerry Fitzpatrick of Corning; and nine nieces and nephews, Justin Slocum, Christian Slocum, Zack Wildman, Brittany Ellison, Rachel Ellison, Tyler Mackey, Bryanna Mackey, Nicholas Szpylman and Lauren Szpylman.

She was predeceased by her father, Robert L. Wildman; a sister, Cindy Lou Slocum; and step-father, James Fitzpatrick.

Tamie lived a simple life. She loved her family dearly and had a special relationship with her mother. She also developed a close bond with her caregivers over the years. One of her favorite activities was shopping with her mom, sisters, and caregivers, which often included coming home with new clothes and jewelry. Tamie loved to go out to eat with Pizza Hut often at the top of her lists of favorites.

Tamie enjoyed collecting dolls and delighted to show them off. She also loved listening to music and knew the words to nearly every song. She enjoyed all kinds of rock and roll and anything else that struck her fancy, often dancing to the songs.

Tamie had a great sense of humor and loved people. She overcame many challenges in her life and was an inspiration to her family. She will be deeply missed.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the caregivers at the Dyke Street Home for their kind love and devotion to Tamie throughout the years.
