  1. Jeannie was just about the most beloved of neighbors at the Portville Square apartments. I put out sympathy cards for her family and asked people to sign them. Some of the most heartfelt messages. Ironically, it was always Jeannie who did these things for everyone else. She organized the monthly dinners we used to have before the pandemic put an end to them. She organized the Bingo games. Always decorated the community room for the holidays. Always tastefully because that was Jeannie. Her apartment was always immaculate. She was a friend to all. To say she is missed is an understatement. I’ve lived here at The Square for 12 years and I’ve never known life here without her. She was one of the few left that were here when I came. Jeannie, we all love you. Thanks for being such a a good friend.
