ANDOVER – Kevin George Bryan, 67, passed away on Monday (July 15, 2024) at Buffalo VA Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mr. Bryan was born on April 10, 1957 in North Tonawanda to George H. and Marilyn M. (Butzbach) Bryan, Jr. He attended North Tonawanda City School and later earned his GED. He served in the United States Army from 1974 -1977.

Kevin worked many years as a HVAC Technician for Wilkins RV in Hornell and later in Bath. He finished his career with Alstom Transport in Hornell, where he worked the assembly line, retiring in 2023.

In addition to his mother, Marilyn Bryan, Kevin is survived by a daughter, Lori (Albert Frederick) Bryan of Berry, Ky.; two brothers, William (Darla) Bryan of North Tonawanda and Patrick (Lisa) Bryan of Hornell; five grandchildren, Kaleb Bryan, Karlyn Bryan, Danielle Stoll, Adan Stoll and Chase Dragionetti; three great grandchildren, Braxton Bryan, Jackson Cope and Mazie Kapri; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, George H. Bryan, Jr., he was predeceased by a daughter, Christina Stoll and two sisters, Barbara Day and Karen Kane.

Keven loved the outdoors; whether it was yard work, a building project or just a carefree day. He was an avid fisherman and passed that love of fishing onto his two daughters. Fishing with Dad was some of their favorite shared memories. While stationed in Germany he owned a racecar and entered many racing events and was quite the competitor.

Kevin enjoyed hanging out with his friends and often passed the time with them at the Village Pub. He greatly appreciated the company of his dog, Benny.

There will be no prior visitation. The memorial service with full military honors will be held on Friday (July 19) at 11:00 a.m. at the Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Andover with Pastor Daryl Ordiway of Andover First Baptist Church officiating.
